The first floor flat is located in 6 min walking distance from the Longbridge train station and 7 min from the local shopping center (Sainsburys, M&S, Costa Coffee, Cambridge pub, Boots, etc).
Or
8 min walking distance from Northfield train Station and local shopping center.

Your master bedroom contains en-suite and you can use the bath and toilet in the separated bathroom.
You can bring more furniture in the flat or ask me to bring what else you would like there.
There are the brand new:
boiler, your bed, the mattress, the pillows, the duvet, the bedding.

I occupy the second bedroom but I travel a lot.

In our deal you will not face any fees or hidden bills, I ask just for the security deposit (one month of the rent), which will be returned to you at the end of your lodging.

You can park your car on the allocated place in front of the building.
