My name is Adil and I have a 4 bedroom house complete with a front and rear garden available for rent.
I will be occupying 1 of the 4 bedroom and I'm looking to rent out the other 3 bedrooms.
The house is located in South Birmingham (Northfield). There are good bus links and is only 5.6 miles away from the University of Birmingham and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital(15 mins by car), 9.9 miles from the Birmingham City University (24 mins by car) and the nearest train station is Longbridge station which leads directly to Birmingham New Street and Redditch.

I am looking for respectful, clean and sociable housemates.

Each room will be furnished with a desk, a double bed and a wardrobe and you are welcome to add any other furniture you wish.

The lounge, gardens, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, toilets and laundry area are all the shared spaces within the house.
