Very clean and tidy plus large kitchen and south facing garden which is bathed in sunshine all day.
Myself, the landlord is self employed and easy going, I insist on clean and tidy tenants, no heavy drinkers or party animals please, letting will be on a one month trial basis just to ensure tenants are suitable for a longer term stay.
