-0.5 miles to Northfield station, takes about 10 minutes train Journey to Birmingham University and Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and 18 minutes to Birmingham New street.

-Large garden, driveway, and quiet off-road parking

All bills included ( gas and electric within a reasonable usage )


The room:

large double bedroom, there is a double bed, wall TV, two wardrobes including one walk-in wardrobe, one dressing table(can be changed for office desk and chair if you require), also chest drawers.

Plenty of storage for you.

The house is shared by me and other one housemate (both are female) — we are all medical professionals- nurse and doctor. We’re friendly, easy-going, and respectful of each other’s space and boundaries. We also make an effort to help new housemates feel welcome.

The house is generally quiet since everyone works shifts. I also need time to study occasionally, so if you often host or attend social events, this may not be the best fit for you.

I don’t have any pets, but I do enjoy visits from our neighbours’ cats. I hope you’ll be kind and comfortable around animals as well.

I regularly clean the house and expect everyone to keep their own rooms tidy and in good order. I have a strong preference for cleanliness and tidiness, so I ask that shared spaces are always kept clean and organised after use.

Sharing a home can be challenging at times, so mutual respect and understanding are very important.
