Furnished double room for rent in Northfield

Hi.

I’m Louise the live in landlord, I have a double room available in my house in Northfield. I’m looking for an outgoing and relaxed lodger who would like to be part of my home.

The house offers a garage and garden, driveway as well as on street parking. I have two really friendly cats so liking animals would be a must! I’m very sociable so I’d like to have a like minded person in the home that would be happy to do things together such as going out, meals, events etc. I also like my home to be clean so I am looking for someone who enjoys keeping their space clean too.

The room would be £550 per month with all bills included (including council tax). There is a downstairs bathroom which has a bath and I am going to put a shower in, there is a shower however it is in my bedroom.

I’m a very relaxed person so anything goes really and I’m happy for you to decorate the room however you like. I want it to be your space as well! The room would be perfect for any young women who have just graduated or students/professionals needing somewhere to stay.
