Lovely furnished room in friendly house

I've a lovely furnished double room available in my home which overlooks the garden so it's nice and peaceful and very private as the garden backs onto a Golf course.
My home has a double driveway and is ideally located near to all motorway networks, just 8 miles from Birmingham city centre with local travel links into the city and a short commute to Solihull and Merry Hill. I am a professional who lives alone with my lovely cat Twinks.. I'm friendly and outgoing and work all week and go to the gym after work. There is a main lounge to the front and a 2nd lounge area to rear which also has Sky TV with a kitchen/dining room.
Looking for a Monday to Friday House mate. I have had several house mates both at my last home and here so both my cat and I are used to having someone around.
