Oldswinford, 5 minutes walk from Stourbridge JCT

A 5 minute walk from Stourbridge Junction (half hour train into Birmingham /Worcester, I'm looking to rent out a room and a bathroom. I am seeking a female preferably but would consider a male of any age. I am seeking a student or a professional. They will have full access to the kitchen and their own bathroom as well as a car parking space on the driveway. The brand new bed is a small double. The room has a double wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers etc. There is a beautiful garden at the back with chairs and a table on some decking underneath wisteria. It's a peaceful space. I will need references from your employer, lecturer etc. and a deposit to secure the booking and for any breakages. I will also want to meet to ensure we are a 'good fit'. There is a measured space in the garage for any extra belongings you may have. You will need to provide your own contents insurance. A full range of shops are near by also.
