Double Room Available

Hi,

I have a furnished double room available in 3 bedroomed house.

My house is situated near the Wolverhampton Road. Bus services are just a few minutes walk away, with services taking you to Birmingham city centre or towards Dudley and Wolverhampton. Rowley Regis and Langley Green train stations are close by and it's about 5-10 minute drive to Junc. 2 of the M5. I'm very close to a golf course, so ideal for any keen golfers! Also close to shops and a supermarket.

I'm a fairly easy going and open minded person. I've got a busy job so like to chill most evenings. I'd like to let the room to a male or female professional who is sociable, with a sense of humour. I like to be fairly tidy and organised but I certainly don't spend all my spare time cleaning! I have a sociable Staffie, so you must be a dog lover.

Happy to consider a Mon-Fri let.

As this is my home I'm not going to share my space with any ol' sausage. We'll meet first to see if we get on. References will be required also.
