This stretch of the Hagley Road now boasts Starbucks, 24/7 Asda, the Reel cinema and Lifestyle Gym. 30 mins bus ride to Broad St, direct route, buses every 7 mins. Major bus stops are all sort walking distances away and if you have a car there is a space on the drive and free parking on our road!
The house has secluded rear garden, garden shed, off road parking/driveway, (dishwasher coming soon), washing machine and separate dryer, ironing and laundry space, great EE broadband, Smart TV in shared lounge/diner with TV licence, Sky and PS4. Huge American fridge/freezer. One bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, storage space in a large attic with sunroof window.
I've worked on the house myself to provide a comfortable and homey feel. I want someone to feel relaxed and at home but also make sure to pick up after themselves and respect the house as if it was there own.
I have 2 young cats to add some character and company to the house, as well keeping the little pests away. If you're allergic then this probably isn't the place for you. They're very friendly and funny.
