1 bedroom house to yourself

Hi there,
I currently live in this 2 bed house and have done for the last 7 years. It is a handy location on a private road. Walking distance to train and bus station which connects to Birmingham and surrounding areas.
I am renting out my spare room whilst I move in with my partner. I will still have my belongings in the house and will come back occasionally due to work, otherwise you will have the whole place to yourself.
Both rooms are double. Have a bed, side table and wardrobe.
There is storage around the house.
One bathroom.
Lounge and kitchen area and garden.
There is space for two cars on the driveway.
I have friendly neighbours.
