Looking for another housemate from August when a room will be coming available. I'm a live-in landlord with my girlfriend. The room is furnished. Shared upstairs family bathroom with toilet and downstairs toilet. Shared living room and kitchen. Modest private garden with shed for storage. On and off-road parking available as cul-de-sac; drive is used by landlord.
