The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and a chest of drawers.

There is a fully equipped shared kitchen diner and each tenant has a designated kitchen cupboard. There is also an additional lockable storage cupboard available.

One parking space is provided.

Electricity, water, council tax and broadband are included in rent.
