The accommodation is a 3 bed semi-detached house. The house has a good size bathroom, lounge and kitchen and a very large garden. The area is quiet and neighbourhood is friendly. I am a live-in land lady who is seeking a professional female to rent one of the bedrooms to. It is important that the individual is clean and tidy and preferably a Christian. But if not, should have respect and good standard of behaviour and cleanliness.
