Double room in large 3 bed house - Stourbridge

I have a double room available for rent in my 3 bed house. The room has recently been decorated and is newly furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. You are welcome to bring your own double bed if preferred. There's a large living room, dining room, utility, downstairs wc, shared main bathroom, landscaped garden and driveway. Close to shops, bus stops, train station and motorway. I am looking for a clean and tidy lodger and someone that respects where they live. I have a very affectionate, gentle and timid house cat who just loves a fuss. Also available for Mon - Friday lets. Ideally would prefer a female lodger but males will be considered.
