I have a double room furnished with a bed and two double wardrobes in a 3 bedroom house on Pelsall, Walsall within less than 5 minute walk of the village.
I have no pets and don't smoke but pets are welcome if friendly and smoking isn't an issue but not within the house. I live alone, work from home most days in my office room.
£130 a week which covers bills and a cleaner who comes in once a week to do general house clean. Price doesn't include shopping.
