There is just one queen size bed on the double room, which is nice and comfortable.

The house itself is located in Pelsall, in a very well sought after area, there is a nice nature reserve nearby. 5 minutes to SHOPS . COLLAGES A 15 MIN BUS RIDE

Preferred to be contacted by telephone. will need references and pass port for id and no criminal record, DBS could be handy. ALL ROOMS MUST BE KEEPED TIDY AT ALL TIMES AND BEDS MADE NICELY no smolers must be working no pets allowed

Females preferred. I do smoke, but only in the kitchen when no one is eating.

I also do short term or long term lets.
