En suite bedroom in shared apartment

Have a spare room available for rent in new modern apartment. There is no furniture currently in the room except for a double bed. The room is en suite with a shower. I don’t mind you using the main bathroom also which has a bath and a shower. Must be okay with pets as I have my dog living with me. I’m quiet like to keep the place clean. Have a toddler who stays with me of a weekend. I’m quite introverted I like sports I play poker. I don’t really have guests round and would prefer to rent the room to someone similar.
