Double Room to Rent

I have a room to rent in my house, this is my first time being a landlord so I will be choosing carefully for a good experience! Responses from those with incomplete profiles will not be considered unfortunately.

I am a welcoming and sociable landlord, so you will feel part of the family! That may not be right for everyone, so please consider that too.

It’s a double room for single occupancy. You can’t smoke in the room. I have a friendly dog who is here 4 days a week. Shared bathroom facility. Room is furnished and has double bed, lamp, wardrobe and TV. I accept requests for anything that needs changing or adding.

Bills are included - as is Netflix, Sky and super fast broadband. Kitchen and living room are shared too.

Rent is shown and paid upfront for the month. If it’s not paid then you’re not staying! Very straight forward house rules!!
