I have a room to rent in my spacious 4 bed detached home on a small quiet, newly built area. 5 mins from Merry Hill centre and in walking distance to bus station, rail station and various shops. All occupants are friendly and easy going who have respect for others privacy. Im looking for a respectable friendly and honest person who doesnt mind a dog and a mad cat! Rent will include all utility bills and use of kitchen, diner, patio area, bathroom with shower and parking space for one car.
