Furnished to rent in Quinton (B32) , across the road from Woodgate Valley Country park, with direct buses to Harborne (10 mns) and QE/University Station on our road, and also to the city centre. There is parking available on our road.

We have a guest bathroom that would be mostly yours as we do have our own ensuite.

We have two friendly dogs, so really looking for a dog lover :-). We are quite chilled, enjoy going to the pub with our dogs, walks, cycling, camping and chilling in front of the wood burner with a glass of wine :-)

Rent is 600GBP monthly for single occupancy includes all bills including Council Tax and we will ask for 1 month's deposit in advance.
