House to rent in Quinton/Harbone

Hi, I am currently moving out of the house early due to a change of job. I am looking for someone who needs to rent a house in Quinton/Harborne. The house is unfurnished and has a big garden and driveway that can fit 2 cars, 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single that can be use as an office) I am uncertain of the price of the house; there is a possibility that the landlord wants to increase the price. I am dealing with the agency now for the early release, but if you want to come and see the house, you are more than welcome, and maybe I could give you the exact price by then.
