• A rental agreement must be signed and returned before arrival. Contact the property management company if the agreement is not received on time.

• Guests must be 18 and over or for families sharing the entire house, under 18's must be accompanied by a guardian or parent.

• Strictly No-smoking in the property. You may smoke outside the property I. e. in the communal areas such as garden.

• No pets allowed in the premises, with the exception of assistance dogs or unless expressly agreed by Proexperty Stays.

• Cleaning is performed after check-out unless for longer stays where cleaning is carried weekly or bi-weekly depending on length of stay. Additional cleaning can be requested but will incur a charge.

• A £200 damage deposit will be charged at booking and refunded within 3-5 working days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
