I am pleased to announce that 2 double rooms (one downstairs and one upstairs) are available in the 5 bedroom - plus 1 penthouse - house I live in. Now, I am not the landlord of the house, however, I have the express permission of the landlord and the estate agents to advertise the vacant room on platforms such as this.

The house is situated in Sandy Lane, Radford - close to Foleshill - and affords easy access to the most popular spots and most important amenities in Coventry. It is 20 - 25 minutes away from the city centre and 30 to 35 minutes to the train station (both distances on foot). The Ricoh Arena and its shopping complex is circa 40 minutes away ( walking) and there is a surfeit of big name stores - and even more smaller stores - such as Lidl, Argos, Aldi and Poundland to name a few.

ATTENTION: Being considerate of your housemates is expected of all tenants, and in the light of this:
Smoking inside the house - in ANY PART OF THE HOUSE - is absolutely forbidden. Not even close to the window in the bedroom, as the smoke always finds its way into other areas of the house, especially other tenants' bedrooms.

Cleanliness is of the utmost importance, and every tenant is expected to clean up whatever space or facility they use immediately after use.
