Double furnished room to rent (bills inc)

Looking for someone to rent a room in my house ...

It is a traditional two up two down property. Downstairs there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a well powered shower and bath. The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances although there is no dryer or dishwasher.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers, shelving (if required) and separate hanging clothes space (see pictures). It also has a lovely traditional old fireplace and new carpet. There is an aerial point for a tv. Wi fi is available.

The house is located just off Radford Road where there are a number of shops and bus services. It is in walking distance of the town centre.

I am looking for someone who is quiet and respectful. I have had a number of lodgers before so am used to sharing the house. I like to keep the house clean and tidy.

This is a Mon-Fri let or Sun-Thur.

Small pets are welcome as long as they are house trained.
