Double Bedroom with All Bills Included

I have a room available I have enclosed a few more details about the house and the room for your information.

If I can just explain a little about the house that the room is in and what facilities you will be getting;

With regards the house it has two toilet rooms with two showers and one bath. A communal lounge with digital channels, widescreen TV/DVD and very modern furnishing is provided. A communal dinning room with table and chairs so you can relax to eat at. A Well equipped kitchen including washer and f/freezer. Free secure wireless broadband is found throughout the property. Downstairs is a bathroom with shower and W/C whilst upstairs has a bathroom with bath, shower and W/C. A fortnightly cleaner will come into the house and clean all communal areas of the house but will not clean your bedroom there is cleaning products left in the house for your use. A supply of toilet paper, bin bags, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and a few more items are left once a month to help. The bedroom is supplied with all bedding and bed lining. It has a wardrobe, side table, side lamp and a 6-drawer unit. The room also has a 15" TV with DVD player and is linked to free view compatible TV. Rear garden with table/chairs and b-b-q for those lovely warm sunny days. Plenty parking, 5 minute walk from all local amenities including Tesco's, banks and take-a-ways, 10 minute walk from Coventry City Centre, Grangemouth Road is also close to a major bus route.

The rent includes all bills with the exception of any outgoing telephone calls and then the person will be given the bill from Virgin Media and you can just pay for what was used. All gas, electricity, water, council tax etc will be paid for by the company (Gameson's Lettings), there are no hidden costs. A one-month notice period is all that is required and that is affective from the date given in writing. Rent money is collect on the 1st or as near as each month and can be paid in different ways.
