Double room for rent in Longbridge

I have a double room to rent out. The property is close to the M5, and M40. Easy access to Birmingham City Center via the Bristol Rd and Longbridge train station is a 15 min walk.

I’m an easy going live in landlord, fairly young at heart. I enjoy walks, socialising and films. The room is fairly basic so you’re free to add your own stamp on it. My house is always fairly clean, I would prefer someone who likes a tidy home. I have a medium size dog, she doesn’t bark so no need to worry about the noise, but I would want someone who is pet friendly.

I’m rubbish at taking good photos, so I would recommend requesting to visit and look at the room. I’m on a quiet street close to transport links and longbride retail park.
