Its a 6 - 10 minute walk to Sainsbury's, Marks n Sparks, & the rest of Longbridge Retail Park. & 10 - 15 mins walk to Longbridge Train Station - New Street is 20mins, Redditch 15mins & Bromsgrove 10mins. Also, its 2 mins to buses North South East & West.
The rest of the house: to share a bathroom with a thermostatic boiler supplied shower, to share the living room, & to share share the kitchen + utensils. There is a North West facing rear garden. There is parking on the front drive.
There is a washing machine, but no tumble drier. However, there is a washing line in the garden
All bills inc., but there is no broadband. I use my phone for internet.
About the live in landlord: I am an a quiet & reasonable engineer in middle age. I hope to share with someone similar.
