Detached House No Other Flatmates

i am looking for a friendly, professional & responsible lady. I'm a fun, active 42 year old who has worked hard to own a lovely spacious home! I have a 23 year old cat and am away part of the week & every other weekend, so need someone who is prepared to look after, feed & fuss my old friend 'daisy' as part of the deal! Looking at £550 fir full rental or mon-fri £400 per mth you would have an ensuite in a 4 bed detached house with every amenity you can think of in walking distance, over by Cadburys area of bham, easy access to bham city via A38... Or easy access to m42/m5/m6. Not really looking to have guests or party animals 😊 unless pre agreed in the guests, happy to do a short agreement 2 mths at a time to see if it suits both
