The room: is newly decorated and available furnished, part furnished or you can provide your own furniture as required.
There is a shared bathroom, with large corner bath and shower, well- equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, freezer and recycling facilities. There is a shared living room with access to patio with heater and sun loungers and private access to spacious grounds. There is broadband available and large smart TV.
There is secure, controlled access to the main building. Rent includes bills and use of tennis courts, Summer house etc.
I am looking for a very special tenant, preferably with some medical/first aid training.
My friend, the other resident, is a 67 year old retired professional who is partially disabled ( arthritis) and struggles alone to manage the flat. He has had a number of falls both inside and out and I am considering installing a falls alarm service.
As the tenant: you will ideally be a professional, non - smoker, willing to help keep the flat reasonably clean and tidy. I will be employing a cleaner who will deep clean weekly. I need a set of eyes and ears at the flat.
The other gentleman used to be very fit and active but has a number of issues which compromise his mobility.
Good conversation, mutual respect, honesty and integrity plus the ability and means to pay the rent on time is all I ask.
Please note there is a £30 Admin/referencing fee for the successful tenant. I am a professional advocate and PA and the gentleman is my client and my friend of 40 years.
