As we strongly believe in low energy usage, ELECTRICITY to room sockets are paid separately via a sub meter. (This is NOT included in rent).

Shared areas are cleaned on a regular basis.

A Thermostat for the Central Heating is located in the hall, should it need to be activated at any time.

The Garden area to the rear has a maintained lawn and a bench for outdoor relaxation.
