Hi -

My longstanding (female) tenant left a short time ago after 15 years. I prefer a mature female again as this seems to me to be a more calmer energy than a male. Since she left, the house has been painted/decorated, new carpets etc.

If you're looking for somewhere busy, chatty and buzzing this is NOT for you. However, if you want to be left alone in your own space to enjoy peace and quiet, then this might be for you. Of course, there's no problem with us having a chat from time to time if you want to.
