You will have a mattress supplied by myself and plenty of storage under the bed, in the drawers, and in the cupboard inside the room

Approx 7 mins away from either Walsall or Aldridge Town centre. Bus stops are nearby to get to many areas such as Walsall, Aldridge, Wolverhampton, Birmingham etc

The house continues to get better as time goes on and I continue to add bits to improve it

My room is one of the rooms downstairs. There are then 3 double rooms upstairs for rent. Two of which are now taken. All bills included e. g. wifi, tv licence etc

I keep the house clean with regular deep cleans

I am 28 years old and live with my little jack russell cross. She does bark when someone comes to the door but other than that she’s quiet and adorable. She spends all of her time with me and is asleep for the most part. I’m used to living in house shares and I treat this one like I do any other so the house is as much yours as it is mine

The two other housemates include one female aged approx 36 and one male aged approx 38

All housemates at the minute are busy doing our own thing for the most part but sociable and respectful when we see each other. Looking for a housemate which is similar

So, if you’re interested, we’ll get a viewing sorted. Once you’ve had your viewing and if you want the room, I will then just need to look at your ID and employment contract to make sure you are in work. You will then sign the lodger agreement and then I will take the deposit and the first months rent upfront (rent is paid for each month in advance). You can pick the day you would like your rent to go out on each month
