This is an all female households so is not suitable for couples or males. Large double room (450 per month) and smaller double room (£400 per month) close to
Queen Elizabeth Hospital and 35/40 minute walk to
Birmingham university . Professional household, mainly
unoccupied during days as I work long shifts. Large garden with room for bike but would need your own bike cover. On road parking, lovely neighborhood.
. The house is often quiet, it is comfortable and adequate.
No couples, this is for a single female and overnight stays will be considered by prior agreement.
There are many local shops, parks etc.
