I expect tenants to clean communal areas between us all, I am not a live in cleaner and it is a shoes off household. It is a quiet space and respect for all tenants is essential for a harmonious household,
There is a large garden and 2 living rooms. It is not a party house and is for a single female only. Friends may stay by prior arrangement for a night. Tenants have their own fridge and share the freezer. I am quite sociable and also very busy with work, I work away most of the time.
