The house is fully furnished so you do not need to buy any furniture. There is a bathtub for you to relax and also a front garden and a backyard so you can enjoy the sunshine. ☀️

A maintenance and gardening team also tends to the house regularly.

There are currently two housemates, a young professional and a post-graduate student, both clean and considerate. They're nice and always up for a chat, a shared meal or drink, but they're also discreet and will allow you to have some time for yourself.

I am currently living there as well, but unfortunately, I have to leave to go back to France, so I am looking for someone to replace me!
