Looking for a sixth housemate to join us on Exeter Road! Great value at £92 ppw.
Benefits include:
- 1 min from Selly Oak station, 10 mins from UoB campus, 5 mins from Aldi and 10 mins from big Sainsbury’s
- Great value for both the location and the house – rent was supposed to increase this year but the landlord has kept it the same as last year because we stayed on
- Cheap bills (approx £6 per week so far) and fast internet
- Responsive landlord
- Okay with small pets (one of us has gerbils)
- We have a Wii!
- Double beds
- BBQ
- Dishwasher
We’re a mix of third and fourth year students who are all very friendly and like to spend time together in the kitchen/living area, but who are all also in the final years of our degrees.
It would be nice to live with another student or young professional.
Contract ends 30/6/21.
