I am looking for friendly students to join me from July in a 5 bedroomed , 3 bath roomed detached house in Selly oak. I will be second year students at the University of Birmingham. The house offers direct access to the South gate of the University and just a 5 minute walk. All bedrooms are spacious doubles and have large televisions (Tv licence included) £140 a week includes all bills. The house is also cleaned fortnightly.
