Separate laundry area for washing and drier machine. At rear of the house a patio with raised flowers bed. And shade at rear to keep your bicycles.
Off the road parking space at the front. Two phd lads living on the first floor at Birmingham University.
We looking for either two lads or two lasses to share with us the house, they have their own bathroom to share too. We are very friendly /helpful & tidy.
Rent excluding bills and bills around £75-80.
