This house-share currently has three academics and all four of you will share the modern kitchen and comfortable lounge. There is a small back garden for sunbathing and relaxing.
As stated, this would suit working academics / post-grad students. The existing housemates are friendly, respectful and clean and we are looking for a similar fourth person to share with.
Excellent shops are just 2 minutes away, including Sainsbury's, M&S (and Poundland)
