I'm relocating to Oxfordshire and need someone to take my place in the house. I own the property and live with two male friends, who are professionals aged 27 & 28. I know them from Birmingham City University, which we graduated from 5 years ago.

The room is a decent sized double, 10ft x 10ft, with furniture provided. (Desk and chest may be different to those shown in the pics)

All bills included (Council tax, Internet, Gas/Elec, Water)
