Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for this room from 4th December 2023 to 6th July 2024 (when the tenancy ends). Both the advance payment and the first rent instalment have already been paid, so there are only 2 more instalments left to pay. These will be due on the 01/02/24 and 01/05/24.

Sitting next to the canal in Selly Oak, Battery Park is just 15-minutes from the University of Birmingham. There is a sociable atmosphere, with a cinema room and student-friendly pub, the Bristol Pear, just across the road. It is located right next to the Selly Oak retail park, which has many shops and places to eat including Nando's and McDonalds. The Sainsbury's supermarket is also right next door which is extremely handy for getting your shopping.

The room is on the 6th floor and has an impressive panoramic view over the canal and the Birmingham skyline (I have added a picture of the window view). The building is only 4 years old so all of the furnishings and amenities are all in great working condition. There is lots of storage and a large desk area to work from, the flat is also quiet and well sound-proofed. The maintenance team are always on hand to sort out any problems and the reception staff are friendly and great at keeping your post safe.
