Looking for a replacement for an *ensuite room* available in Selly Oak -This room is available from June till august. Must talk to the landlord for extension of the contract

The ensuite room with TV is available in a 6 bedroom house. The house is fully furnished with modern kitchen and amenities such as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, 2 fridges and TV.
There's TV in individual rooms too with access to cable and the room is equipped with a double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers, study table and chair. The existing tenants are students in the University and are very friendly.
