Hi there. I’m looking to rent out upto 3 rooms from 1st July to around 17th September 2024 - please discuss any questions of availability. This is because the tenants during this time will still be at home abroad - international students. I will be there over the summer as I am working in Birmingham. It’s a 4 bed, 1 bathroom house on Dale Road. It’s literally opposite University of Birmingham. 10 minute walk to Selly Oak or University station. 5 minute walk to Aldi, 10 minute walk to Sainsbury’s. Around 20 minutes to get into Birmingham City Centre by bus, car, or train.
