Double room available in Selly Oak/Selly Park for students and professionals. We have been staying in the room for three months but we need to move for work, so we are searching for a new tenant for the room.

It’s close to the University of Birmingham.

The property is within walking distance to shops, supermarkets, and take-outs.

There is access to the city centre and the area is nice and quiet.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, sofa and table. There is a large kitchen diner and bathroom.

Off-street parking is available.

Couples and multiple tenancy applicants are welcome. Rent is £700 for single occupancy and £750 for double/couples.
