2 Alton is an ideal student house.

The location is a maximum 10 minute walk from the university, train station or bus stop, with parking spaces being easier to come by than other Selly housing (due to the house being at the start of the road).

This also means that the house is right next to the Tesco express for a quick weekly shop, or to run to if you forget to buy milk!

The house has 7 rooms with 5 mature student tenants, who are returning from engineering placements.

All rooms have double beds, desks etc. but if one wishes to bring their own furnishings, there is potential to store the provided furniture in spare 7th room.

This also means one will be guaranteed either a bottom or middle floor room, with the spare room being left with the unwanted option.

The 5 current tenants are lovely people who are a nice mix of extroverted and introverted, allowing for the new tenant to settle in and chose if they want to be more or less social.

The living room has a nice communal area where tenants can come to play video games together or watch TV. The kitchen is very spacious, allowing for two people to comfortably cook at once.
