Spare room at 110 Heeley Road

There is a spare room available at 110 Heeley Road in Selly Oak. It is a short distance from the university of Birmingham and very close to Selly Oak train station. The room available is an en-suite double room in a modern 4 bed house with a modern kitchen and living room. Water bills are included. Preferably we are looking for someone who goes to the University of Birmingham going into their second or third year.
