Spare room available In a family home with 1 child

I have a spare room to rent out due to my son moving out this is a family home and your privacy will. be respected I don't expect you to tip toe around the house lol or any time restrictions we have a right to live and breath especially in our home and the same would go for you , shared bathroom kitchen , all bills are included in the months rent , I do require a month's rent as deposit and rent to be paid beginning of each month , I am easy going and respectful and would expect the same , due to my daughter living here I would need references and an interview with you ,we are close to main bus routes to city centre and train stations , also very close to university , we have plenty of supermarkets within walking distance , , we are easy going , I work part-time evenings , and I'm alway doing something or other , I have a drive to park your car if needed and a garage if you have a bike , the room is big and good WiFi virgin, look forward to hearing from you
