I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the upcoming year at 240 Hubert Road, very close to uni! (about 15 minutes walk from uni), Aldi and other shopping amenities down the road.
The house is really great- the pictures are from the tenant before me but the room itself is very clean and nice, it’s a double bed and en-suite.
145 a week with bills, internet and a cleaner included. Tenancy starts from 1st August 2024 to July 1st 2025. Therefore, you can move in immediately for September start 2024.
All the girls are amazing, welcoming and clean. I am just moving out due to medical reasons.
