The house is very calm and quiet too, potential tenant must be clean and tidy as my home is kept in pristine condition. I have 2 dogs but they are outdoors and do not enter the house. My home is a 10/15 min bus ride to Birmingham city centre.. bus stop is few minutes away from the house. I am also a 5 min drive to Birmingham university and Queen elezabeth hospital.
