Hey! I’m looking for someone to takeover my Ensuite Room in Selly Oak Court student accommodation booking ideally from the second semester until the end of the academic year, Mid Dec 2024-July 2025, but I am also open to the takeover being from September 2024 - July 2025. It is a 20min walk from the University of Birmingham (UoB) campus (7min drive), a 10-minute walk from Selly Oak Station, 19min drive from Aston University, 20min drive from Birmingham City University (BCU) and an 18 minute drive from University College Birmingham (UCB).

More about the accommodation: The room is an Ensuite room with a shared kitchen with 4 others.
